This Delicious Pumpkin Bread Is A Perfect Snack Or Compliment To Any Meal!
Ingredients
1 ½ C Sugar
¼ t baking powder
1 t baking soda
¾ t salt
½ t cinnamon, nutmeg & allspice
1 2/3 C GF flour and ½ GF C four
½ C fat (butter, ghee, etc.)
1/3 C water
2 eggs
½ C Chopped nuts
1 C pumpkin
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a prepared loaf pan (butter & dusted with GF flour). Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!
