Zucchini Casserole

Simple, Delicision and Healthy This Zucchini Casserole Will Put A Smile On Your Face!

3 Zucchini sliced & cooked 5 minutes in salted water and add to the sautéed vegetables.

Sauté:

6 T Butter

2 carrots, grated

¾ C Onion, chopped

Mix together:

½ C Sour cream

1 can of mushroom soup

Toss with 2 C herbed GF croutons

Directions:

Layer in casserole dish ½ of the vegetable mix, ½ of the crouton mix, balance of the vegetable mix and top with the balance of the crouton mix.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
