Enjoy A Tasty, Elimination Diet Approved, Broiled Lamb Chops with Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients
4 lamb chops
dried rosemary
sea salt
pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the broiler. Chops should be almost room temperature before broiling.
2. Sprinkle chops generously with pepper, salt & rosemary from about 10 inches above the chops
3. Move the lamb to a broiler pan, and broil for 4-5 minutes (chops should be about 2-4 inches from broiler & electric will take a little longer that gas). Flip and generously season with pepper, salt and rosemary again and broil again for 4-5 minutes.
4. Let chops rest for 5 – 10 minutes. When done, lamb should be only slightly pink in the
center.
