How To Take

1 ounce of Osteo-Fx Plus per 100 pounds of body weight per day.

Drink the last dose just before bedtime.

You can mix it (or drink it straight) with: orange juice, in a protein shake, a large glass of water or even with milk, almond milk or coconut milk. Ideally, taking it with orange juice (only a small amount is necessary, for instance an ounce) helps your body absorb the calcium.

NOTE: Be sure to SHAKE your Osteo-Fx Plus very well before every use as the calcium settles to the bottom. You may want to use a chop stick or similar to get a good idea of how much has settled. Store extra bottles on the side or upside-down for an easier time shaking the calcium.

As with all liquid supplements, refrigerate after opening.
